Grilled Summer Dessert

Grilled Summer Dessert
4 each Red Plums, pitted
4 each Nectarines, pitted
4 each Peaches, pitted
8oz. Strawberries, sliced
8oz. Blackberries
8oz. Raspberries
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Prepare grill as needed whether it be gas or charcoal. Place the plums, nectarines and peaches on the grill till tender.
While they are cooking begin the glaze, place the balsamic vinegar in a saucepan, reduce by half till thick, add the brown sugar and then add the strawberries, blackberries and raspberries, take a spoon, mash slightly.
Remove the fruit from the grill, serve with vanilla ice cream and glaze.
