Did you ever notice how just looking at the snow will make you cold?
Well, here is something I have come up with to not only warm you up but to fill you up as well.

Country Style Chili
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 packet Chili Seasoning
1 cup Celery Diced
1/2 cup Yellow Onion Diced
1 cup Green Bell Pepper Diced
1 qt. Beef Broth
1 qt. Tomato Sauce
3 medium Baking Potatoes Diced
8 oz. Frozen Corn
1 10oz. can Kidney Beans

In a deep soup pot, brown off the ground beef on medium high heat. Remove the beef from the pot and drain the excess grease except for about 2 tablespoons. Place the ground beef back into the pot and return to the stove on medium heat. Add to the pot, the seasoning packet, the celery, onions and peppers. Once the vegetables begin to get soft and you can smell the spices, add in the beef broth and tomato sauce. Add in the baking potatoes, corn and kidney beans. Cover and simmer till the potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
Now you have a very hearty dinner that will warm you from the inside out. This can be served by itself or with grilled cheese sandwiches. This amount will easily serve 6, enjoy!
