Just to give you a little information about me, I have 20 years in the culinary field. I have seen and done some simple as well as complex things in my years but one thing stands out, simple is best.

The reason I mention this has to do with the name of my blog…..Chef’s Intuition. I chose this because that is what I feel you develop after so long in this business, an intuition. Whether it be about the business or the food or the creation of a recipe, you develop this intuition and it helps to guide you through the pitfalls you may encounter.
